It’s a saying that says “Hard work beats talent if talent don’t work hard” and that is very true. Talent only last so long, but hard work can last forever. That’s why you see athletes that are past their prime still playing like they are in their prime. When talent fails without hard work you have nothing to rely on!  We always think when we see the top performers in the world that they are just gifted and don’t work, but those top performers work harder at their craft than anyone else!
The reason we hardly hear about is because they don’t “talk” about how hard they work, they just let their results show.  To many people talk a good game, and talk about how hard they work, but the funny thing is you can’t fool results!  Focus on what you need to do, and do it.  I promise that people will be ASKING  “what have you been doing” because they will be so impressed with your results!

As my high school coach told me, “there is always a position in life for a hard worker!”. You can’t teach or coach hard work, that is something that comes from within.  When someone wants whatever they are pursuing in life that bad, life can’t deny that much effort and will!!  Just do more and talk less, Hard work doesn’t need a introduction speech!
